BWAC members, supporters, and interested future members,

How long has it been since we all got together to see each other and share the stories of our BWAC trips? Much too long!

Let us get together for an informal social time outdoors, around a campfire and a grill, and enjoy an evening together. Please come and join us on Wednesday, July 28, at Afton State Park's picnic shelter, starting at 5:30 to closing time. Please feel free to bring your family members, and invite any friends who might be interested in finding out more about BWAC and our trips and events. There is no formal program and no set time for arrival, so it is OK if you will come a little later.

BWAC will provide water, soft drinks, as well as some wood for a campfire and coals for a grill. For sanitary reasons, please bring the food you would like to grill for dinner, and any other food you would like to have. If possible, please also bring a portable grill. There is one pedestal grill at the shelter and campfire rings also have grates, but it would be easier if we had a few more portable grills.

Please note that park rules do not allow consumption of alcoholic beverages. Also note that an annual or day MN state park pass is required to enter the park (most of us probably have the annual pass).

Please wear a mask at the get-together if you are not fully vaccinated.

How to find us
